Standard or Plus deck - which do I need?
STANDARD: Works with all major turbo trainers - Zwift Ride with custom front dock. Also compatible with Wahoo Kickr Climb.
PLUS: Designed specifically for Elite Rizer attachments. Larger deck to accommodate the Rizer system. Most riders don't need this.
What does the front dock for the Zwift Ride do?
The front dock provides two key benefits:
Secure mounting: It locks the Zwift Ride's front leg firmly in place, preventing it from slipping or lifting during use. Without proper securing, the front of the bike tends to walk across the rocker plate - you might have noticed the bike doing this when using it on a normal floor.
Simple setup: The dock aids in setting up the rocker plate correctly. There's only one way the dock will fit, and that's the correct way - perfectly centred on the Omnirocker.
Isn’t this the same as tennis balls or inflatable rocker feet?
No, those solutions add vertical softness, not controlled rocking.
Tennis balls and inflatable feet work by compressing under load. This introduces bounce and rider-dependent motion that changes with effort, body weight and air pressure. There’s no defined axis of movement, so stability varies, particularly when sprinting or riding out of the saddle.
Omnirocker is a true rocker system with a defined side-to-side axis, similar to riding outdoors. It allows natural lean without vertical pogo or rebound, giving predictable, repeatable movement at all power levels and stability both seated and standing.
If you’ve tried tennis balls or inflatable feet and found them vague, bouncy or unstable, Omnirocker is the natural next step.
What's the fore and aft movement about?
The soft rubber mounts provide up to 5mm of natural fore/aft give under load.
This isn't a dual-axis system - it's single-axis side-to-side rocking with some natural compliance.
Mimics how your body micro-adjusts on the road without the complexity of full fore/aft systems.
Smooth, natural feel without mechanical complexity.
Do I need this for my static turbo trainer?
If you're doing 90+ minute sessions regularly, yes.
If you race on Zwift and want to sprint and climb out of the saddle safely, yes.
If you get uncomfortable after 30-40 minutes, yes.
If you only do 15-20 minute HIIT sessions, probably not, just stand up more.
Will this fit in my space?
Significantly smaller footprint than traditional full-length rocking platforms. Designed for spare rooms and small pain caves, not dedicated training studios.
Included Speed fit mounts allow quick setup and removal of your turbo trainer for easy storage of the rocker plate. Smaller size will fit under a bed or in a wardrobe.

Having had ample time to test the OmniRocker Compact, I can honestly say it’s the best upgrade I’ve made to my Zwift setup. It’s that upgrade I didn’t know I needed, but now that I have it, I can’t imagine riding without it.
Big props to Martin, who delivered and installed it, as well as gave me some helpful information and a quick tutorial. Using the rocker felt alien at first, but once it clicked, it completely changed how I ride indoors. It has also reduced vibration noise—which I’m sure my downstairs neighbor appreciates—and made the whole experience a lot more comfortable! 5 stars, would highly recommend.

I recently purchased the Omnirocker for my Wahoo KICKR Core and Zwift Ride setup, and I couldn't be happier with it.
From ordering through to delivery, the customer service from Martin has been excellent. He kept me updated with tracking information and personally checked whether I needed any help. It's refreshing to deal with a small business where the owner clearly takes pride in both his product and customer service.
The Omnirocker arrived extremely well packaged and was straightforward to assemble, with clear, easy-to-follow instructions.
As for the riding experience, it's genuinely been a game changer! The natural side-to-side movement makes indoor cycling feel so much more realistic, whether seated, standing on climbs or sprinting in the drops. The bike feels more natural underneath me, and strangely, I even feel lighter on it.
Since using the Omnirocker, I've noticed an increase in my power output and have been able to complete longer indoor rides without the discomfort I previously experienced. It's made a real difference to both my comfort and enjoyment of indoor training.
An excellent product backed by outstanding personal service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Omnirocker to anyone looking to improve their indoor cycling setup.

As a man in his 50s we grew up in the 70s and 80s needing a bike, it was freedom as we spent most of our time outdoors. Then I discovered mountain biking and cycling with the family when the kids were young but cycling disappeared from my life for the last 15 years or so as running took over as the main form of exercise.
But last year I purchased a gravel bike to use primarily on the canal towpaths and ventured out onto the roads. Unfortunately though, where I live the roads are predominately lanes, with potholes and no street lighting. It would be a bit dangerous and I couldn't blast it if I wanted to do a hard push.
So I purchased a Zwift bike to supplement my marathon training but mainly so myself or my wife could jump on it for a session at any time of the day or weather.
However, it was incredibly painful after about 40mins of continuous riding so I hit the internet to see what could be done. I came across the Omnirocker amongst others and read the reviews and watched the videos, all seemed positive. It wasn't a cheap investment so I opted for the Compact version taking my whole indoor cycling expenditure to £1,500. But I felt the extra £400 would be worth it if it meant I was getting full use out of the £1100. So I ordered it and it arrived about a week later. First impressions were good as it was excellently packaged and smelt lovely. Yes...smelt, and it continues to give off that rich woody smell when I enter the conservatory where it's kept. The product has been machined & finished really well and was relatively easy to set up on my own but maybe a 2nd person would be beneficial for some. I've had to tweak the pressure in the balls a bit and also reposition the bike on the board to get it to feel central; as the kickr core trainer gives a slight off centre of gravity effect but that's all easy enough to adjust.
Martin, has been really helpful and communicative in helping me set it up and answer any queries and after sales is an important aspect for me when I purchase items. My wife and I like the feel of the bike now when in use, although it's a bit more precarious to get on and off it but it's something you get use to. Just like a real bike!
It has improved the comfort but I'm still in early days so I think it'll get more comfortable & natural the more I use it and I'm yet to try out of the saddle pedalling. But all in all, I'm very happy with the purchase and it looks good too. Thanks Martin.

I bought the Compact OmniRocker for the Zwift Ride and have been very impressed with the standard and quality of the product. It arrived very carefully wrapped and in perfect condition. Assembly was quick and easy and Martin was on hand for any advice and tips along the way.
I am still learning to ride with it, and making small adjustments to dial it into my liking. This will take time as I need to build confidence as there is a lot more movement available compared to the tennis ball mod I was using previously.
I can recommend the OmniRocker product range to anyone who is considering investing in a Rocker Plate, be it the 2-way or 4-way. They are extremely well made.

The build instructions are clear, concise and easy to follow, provided you remember to actually read them properly!
