For the best ride experience, we recommend a pressure between 1.5 - 3.0 psi, depending on rider weight and the level of motion required.

Perfect for DIY build

Exactly what I needed for my DIY rocker plate. I'd tried other pilates/inflatable balls, but the inflation was impossible to reliably dial-in and the level of resistance was all wrong. These are the perfect size and let me inflate/deflate easily as needed. Fully recommend.
