Ordering Information

All our products are made to order, with a general lead time of 5-7 working days. However, during busy times, peak indoor riding season, we endeavor to keep a limited stock of each model, but this is not always possible. If you urgently require an Omnirocker please contact us before placing an order.

If an item is unavailable, contact us for availability and current lead times. We will try our hardest to get you on an Omnirocker asap.

Shipping

We only ship to addresses in Mainland UK and offer a free Set-up/Installation service to customers local to our workshop in the South East of England.

If you are local (20 minutes away) from our Essex workshop, we offer a free delivery and set-up service along with a quick instructional ride lesson with all Omnirockers. If you are further afield and our schedule permits, we can offer the same service for a small charge depending on time and distance traveled. Contact us for details.

We currently only ship to UK mainland destinations. Standard shipping to mainland UK costs £49 for our 1-2 day courier delivery service. We define the UK mainland as England, Wales and most parts of Scotland below the central belt.

The Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and any islands are not eligible for our standard delivery and may be subject to extra charges and longer shipping times. Contact us before ordering to confirm shipping charges and availability.

Lead times can vary depending on the availability of your chosen Omnirocker and the time of year. If an item is in stock, your order will ship within 2-3 business days. If an item is unavailable, we recommend contacting us with your requirements and we will be in touch to confirm lead times.

Our couriers deliver anytime between 8 am and 6 pm. We will work with you to schedule delivery on a day of your choice when someone can be home to receive and sign for the package. Depending on your delivery location, the order will arrive in 1-2 business days once shipped.

We dispatch orders on Mondays and Wednesdays. All delivery times are based on a "working day" (Monday - Friday excluding Bank Holidays), starting the next working day after the order is accepted. (Please be aware that the delivery times stated can not be guaranteed once the order has left us and is with the couriers)

You are welcome to visit us and collect any of our products. The larger Omnirockers will need a large family car with a boot space of around 1700mm x 950mm to fit in.

No. Since the UK left the EU, selling and shipping costs for both us and customers in Europe have increased considerably. For this reason, we are currently concentrating on fulfilling UK customer orders placed on our online store.

No. Our products are not available in the USA or Canada.

If you are placing an order via our website, we accept most major Credit cards. Alternative payment methods are available for customers ordering over the phone or by email. For rush orders, or customers wishing to collect, we can accept payment via bank transfer or cash on collection. Contact us for details.

If an item is unavailable, contact us for availability and current lead times. We will try our hardest to get you on an Omnirocker ASAP so that you can start to look forward to your indoor training sessions.

As a small run family business, we, unfortunately, don't offer discounts on our products at present. We've done our best to keep our margins low so that our products are available to everyone at a fair price. Our prices have remained constant since we launched Omnirocker 2 years ago. You can shop with us confident that the price you pay today will not drop the following week. (Prices on materials are increasing every month in the UK, along with limited availability, but we will continue to hold our pricing while we can.)

Our products are guaranteed by a limited 1 year warranty (not including wear & tear)

Valid for for the original owner only | Home use only | Not including wear and tear | Defects or damage resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, or modifications will not be covered by the warranty.
