Turbo Trainer Rocker Plate

Quiet, smooth, and incredibly robust, this addition (or upgrade) to your pain cave will make your indoor sessions considerably more engaging and immersive almost fooling your brain into thinking you're riding outdoors. Martin expertly set up and configured the unit for me and explained the features (thanks again), I've only had to do one tweak to the ball tension on one side to get everything perfect after initial bedding in, super simple and I love the built-in spirit level - in fact I've spent more time trying to get my cleats aligned correctly than getting this rocker dialled in.

You can tell this is a product designed with passion for getting the absolute best in comfort and immersion whilst cycling indoors. I've got it paired with the Zwift Ride and the unit has a special docking station for the front foot so that it doesn't lift up when you're pulling hard on sprints - you can chuck as much power at this thing as you can muster and it will work with you rather than against you to maximise efficiency and transfer of wattage directly into the trainer.

I've ridden about 2000km in total so far on this rocker with a few longer sessions (100+ miles) and I've found it's just easier to go further as it's more comfortable and as it also engages your core muscles slightly it encourages better form on the bike.

Coming from an MP1, which has been put out to pasture owing to several mechanical failures, this is a huge upgrade. Can't recommend enough, great work developing this, one very happy customer! :)

The comfort is top-notch, especially the forward-back motion, it seems to take a lot of pressure out of your knees when you're attacking and sustaining 600+ watts. I have Hoff's syndrome, and normally get extreme burning knee pain at high watts, this seemed to dull the pain by 30-40%.

I brought it for comfort, but the amount of power you can output using your arms to counterbalance is amazing.

Climbing is significantly easier because the out-of-saddle motion actually feels natural. It takes some practive to get into the rhythm.

It's a similar upgrade to when I first replace my turbo trainer with a wahoo + zwift.

Martin was a top bloke - installed everything and took me through a full demo.

Amazing addition to any pain cave, the ride feel is as close as you can get to riding outdoors, after getting used to it over a few rides, it now feels completely natural. It allows the almost imperceptible body moves you do when riding your bike outside, and has increased my ability to ride longer and enjoy Zwift sessions.

From a build perspective, exceptional quality workmanship, nothing else out there comes close. Have no doubt this will last longer than my current bike

This has transformed my desire to get on the turbo. It has made it twice as comfortable and more realistic with 4D bike movement. It’s a cracking bit of kit, well thought out. Very easy to make subtle adjustments to get the level just right.
