Turbo Trainer Rocker Plate

Why did I wait so long to buy a rocker plate? If you're dithering then stop and get one now. The build quality is excellent as is the support received both pre and post sale. Whilst it takes a bit of time getting used to it, including getting on and off, it has made such a difference to my indoor riding experience. I use real world training apps, FulGaz and RealVelo, and because these are filmed from bikes the rocker plate makes them so much more realistic. I need to be careful leaning into corners! However the rocker plate also improves the experience riding Zwift and Rouvy as well as making those longer training rides more comfortable as you're not fixed in position as the bike moves with your body like out on the road. Worth every penny.

I have been using the Omnirocker Turbo Trainer Rocker Plate for a couple of weeks now
It was easy to setup with custom clamps for my Kickr Core 2 and Zwift Ride.
It feels really natural to ride with and definitely makes riding more comfortable.

I got the Turbo Trainer rocker plate for my Wahoo Kickr Shift bike, it arrived fully assembled, only requiring a few simple steps to set up the bike on it. The build quality is excellent, with no unintended movement to be found. After a few rides, I'm quite impressed with the improved comfort, and the ease of adapting to the rocking movement, which now quickly felt quite natural.

Recently purchased the Omnirocker Stealth to accompany my Zwift Ride, as an indoor training set up the Omnirocker is unbelievable, the improvements are outstanding, no more stress points on the body, movement feels natural, power output increased, ride duration extended, this addition was a must and own expectations met, not disappointed at all. Martin at Omnirocker was great to deal with, very helpful, always on hand to explain the various options, kept me updated with shipping times etc, he has a product to be proud off. The quality is to the highest standard, solid system that arrives well packed and definitely protected during shipping, straight out of the box and you’re good to go. I would highly recommend this rocker plate to anyone wanting to elevate their indoor cycling experience.

First off, what a well designed, engineered and manufactured product. It is obvious Martin has put a lot of thought into his product and it is a joy to use. It is very robust and I can see me getting many years of good use from it.
Martin is also very helpful and responds to any queries/questions/general chat very quickly. He quite clearly cares about his product and his customers.
Once unpacked (and it is very well packed) all you need to do is fit your kit to it and get riding. It is very easy to set up (from it being delivered to riding took me around 30 to 40 mins).
It is a game changer for indoor riding. For me, it felt natural straight away. Thanks to the tips on the website, it took me all of 3 or 4 mins to get used to out of the saddle riding. I rarely got out of the saddle on my static setup as if felt so unnatural.
I can't recommend this highly enough. My knees no longer hurt after a session, my core muscles are being used and I'm not getting numb / saddle sore. The subtle movements fore / aft and side to side when pedalling make such a difference.
An interesting thing is that my average cadence is now close to my on road cadence. On a static setup, it was always too high (especially in ERG mode on workouts). If you're thinking of getting one, just buy it. It is worth every penny.
