Kickr Bike Rocker Plate

So far it has been a great experience! I have gone from a fixed Wattbike Atom to a Wahoo Bike Pro with Omnirocker. The fit and installation is easy. The quality of finish and the care in packaging the Omnirocker is very clear. I have done a few longer rides of over 2hrs and get off feeling less fatigued and less sore than from the Wattbike, which must be from the Omnirocker movement. It feels natural, but takes a bit of getting used to after riding a fixed indoor bike, especially the additional height when getting on and off. After 5 minutes riding it the natural feel gives you confidence. I haven’t done any fast powerful sprints yet, but don’t tend to do that indoors anyway.

In some ways I wish I'd never purchased an Omnirocker! I'm fairly new to indoor cycling, having only invested in a smart trainer last Autumn. I previously prided myself on braving the worst that the winter could throw at me! But advancing years and the increasing risks of outdoor cycling on cold, dark, winter nights was beginning to deter me from venturing out! I only considered indoor cycling to be a means of continuing with my cycling regime and maintaining my fitness levels when the weather was doing its worst, and, as the clocks sprung forward, was relishing the prospect of getting out on the roads again as the daylight and elements improve!

The Omnirocker has 'killed' that ambition! Seriously, this piece of kit renders the whole indoor cycling experience so much more immersive and comfortable, I'm now finding reasons to spend more hours on the trainer rather than get out on the road! The Omnirocker truly is a 'game-changer' as others have aptly described it, enabling distances, and elevation gains, on the trainer that were previously only bearable on the road.

Martin was so responsive, helpful and patient in responding to my numerous pre-purchase queries, and in keeping me informed having placed my order. It's not a small investment, but the quality of the product is unquestionable, and even reflected in the care of the protective packaging in which it was delivered. For anyone committed to indoor cycling during the worst of the weather, or, as I am now finding, even when outdoor conditions are not so bad, this is an investment that you cannot afford not to make!

Amazing.... Martin was great at providing regular updates and continuous communication regarding delivery and manufacturing. The rocker plate it's self is just incredible, I've used it 3 times since purchase and can already notice the reduced pressure on my back. It's made me engage my core a lot more and has reduced any rubbing in all the wrong places.
