Standard or Plus deck - which do I need?
STANDARD: Works with all major turbo trainers - Zwift Ride with custom front dock. Also compatible with Wahoo Kickr Climb.
PLUS: Designed specifically for Elite Rizer attachments. Larger deck to accommodate the Rizer system. Most riders don't need this.
What does the front dock for the Zwift Ride do?
The front dock provides two key benefits:
Secure mounting: It locks the Zwift Ride's front leg firmly in place, preventing it from slipping or lifting during use. Without proper securing, the front of the bike tends to walk across the rocker plate - you might have noticed the bike doing this when using it on a normal floor.
Simple setup: The dock aids in setting up the rocker plate correctly. There's only one way the dock will fit, and that's the correct way - perfectly centred on the Omnirocker.
Isn’t this the same as tennis balls or inflatable rocker feet?
No — those solutions add vertical softness, not controlled rocking.
Tennis balls and inflatable feet work by compressing under load. This introduces bounce and rider-dependent motion that changes with effort, body weight and air pressure. There’s no defined axis of movement, so stability varies — particularly when sprinting or riding out of the saddle.
Omnirocker is a true rocker system with a defined side-to-side axis, similar to riding outdoors. It allows natural lean without vertical pogo or rebound, giving predictable, repeatable movement at all power levels and stability both seated and standing.
If you’ve tried tennis balls or inflatable feet and found them vague, bouncy or unstable, Omnirocker is the natural next step.
What's the fore and aft movement about?
The soft rubber mounts provide up to 5mm of natural fore/aft give under load.
This isn't a dual-axis system - it's single-axis side-to-side rocking with some natural compliance.
Mimics how your body micro-adjusts on the road without the complexity of full fore/aft systems.
Smooth, natural feel without mechanical complexity.
Do I need this for my static turbo trainer?
If you're doing 90+ minute sessions regularly, yes.
If you race on Zwift and want to sprint and climb out of the saddle safely, yes.
If you get uncomfortable after 30-40 minutes, yes.
If you only do 15-20 minute HIIT sessions, probably not, just stand up more.
Will this fit in my space?
Significantly smaller footprint than traditional full-length rocking platforms. Designed for spare rooms and small pain caves, not dedicated training studios.
Included Speed fit mounts allow quick setup and removal of your turbo trainer for easy storage of the rocker plate. Smaller size will fit under a bed or in a wardrobe.

The rocker plate works well with the zwift ride, allowing more comfort for rides longer than and hour. The increased movement gives a more realistic feel to riding indoors and you can decide how much movement you want.
The quality of the omni products is excellent and Martin has been great with all contact I’ve had with him.
I’d recommend these products to anyone wanting to improve their indoor set ups.

After trying 3D-printed tennis ball feet with little success, I decided to upgrade to the OmniRocker Stealth Compact Rocker Plate. The difference is night and day. Despite the compact footprint, which is perfect for my spare bedroom setup, the movement is incredible.
The product arrived extremely well-packaged, and it’s clear a lot of thought went into the design and finish. Setup was a breeze; the instructions were concise, and the built-in level made it easy to get everything aligned in about 30 minutes.
The performance benefits were immediate. Usually, I experience wrist pain after 30 minutes, but I just finished a 2-hour session in Watopia completely pain free. Sprints feel significantly more realistic compared to a static setup. I’m currently running the pressure a bit higher as I get used to the motion, but I love that it's adjustable. Huge thanks to Martin for the excellent support. Highly recommended!
Hi Dean, thanks for the review. Tennis ball feet to Omnirocker, I am seeing this a lot. 30 minutes to 2 hours pain-free, first session. That's a great result. And yeah, start with higher pressure while you're getting used to the correct tilt, youre not bouncing anymore, then drop it down as you get more confident. Sprints will feel even better then. Having seen the Omnirocker reviewed on YouTube I could immediately see it would be ideal for my indoor setup. Such an excellent idea having one base that can be tailored for multiple trainers. I ordered one and within a very short time it was delivered. From the minute it arrived you could see from the quality of the packaging that this was a professional product. Every effort had been made to protect each and every part. Having unboxed it the assembly was very easy with concise but clear instructions. Once assembled I jumped on board my Zwift Ride but found that it tilted to one side. I quickly realised that I’d assembled it on a flat floor but positioned it on a slight slope. The inbuilt level and the included pump allowed me to quickly adjust for the slope and that immediately sorted out the tilting problem. Martin even includes spare inflatable suspension balls in case there’s a problem later on. Having now used the product for a few weeks I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking to improve their indoor riding experience. Well done Martin.

Omnirocker Compact for Zwift Ride
Had my Omnirocker for just under a month now. Absolutely love it , has made riding my zwift ride frame so much more comfortable , and feel so much better sprinting on it than just being static . Martin very kindly came and installed it for me and this was the first Tacx Neo 2T he had put on to the compact rocker plate. Being the compact version it makes it so much more roomy in our pain cave and I love it, looks so cool with the Neo light shining on it . Would highly recommend to anyone wanting more comfort when indoor riding. Top class service and product 😁😍

Already great after a week, feels more natural, does feel like getting on a small horse now, but just a great bit of kit, 100% recommend, cannot say enough good things. I am looking forward to having a month or so on it, but first impressions are excellent, incredible well built, great customer service, essential upgrade to the Zwift ride imo
