Atom Rocker Plate

Wanted to leave a review as I also collect reviews for my own small business and understand how powerful they are to potential customers.
I bought the omni rocker for a watt bike atom which I have owned for about 4 months. I had previously used a wahoo trainer with the climb so was used to quite a lot of movement. Having moved house I promised myself a better, always set up, training area.
As much as I appreciated the solidity of the atom (built like a tank) the fact it doesn’t shift at all made it a bit sterile for me.
A friend mentioned rocker plates to me so I started investigating and was impressed with what I had seen and heard of omnirocker and of Martin.
I have had mine since just before Christmas and now used quite a few times and I am loving this and feel it has transformed the rides and made them more comfortable and engaging.
I expected the side to side movement to be the useful part but I wasn’t expecting how much I am enjoying the front to back motion too. When you come out a climb or quick sprint it feels really natural and moves gently back and forth and feels great.
The service and communication from Martin is top class and the quality of the product is fantastic. Everything is really neat and the fact it comes fully built just puts the icing on the cake.
Cheap….definitely not but value absolutely yes.

I wish I hadn't taken so long to decide wether to buy this product. If you enjoy indoor biking & want a more comfortable & realistic cycling experience then the omnirocker will meet your needs. Great customer service all the way.

The instant sensations from the first couple of revolutions of the pedals felt that I was on the road. I ride several bikes from a Brompton commuter, 29er. MTB, gravel and road bike each with their own quirks and riding feel. Does the Omnirocker replicate my road bike? Not quite, but just like the others it certainly has its own feel and the sensations are very similar. I really enjoyed cruising around corners on Zwift with a slight lean in and both the for and side movements definitely aids the comfort and enjoyment. Quality build is exceptional and the set up advice (like the ball pressure) provided by Martin was really valuable. The triple plate is really smooth and quiet with each motion working independently. I did debate about others and the possibility of building my own through trial and error, but I’m so glad I didn’t and paid that little extra and went with the tried and tested.

After trying on and off for four years to get comfy seat time on my wattbike I finally took to the plunge and ordered a omnirocker… after various emails to Martin,his speedy replies soon gave me the confidence to purchase the rocker… I was given a number of emails on build time and shipping and everything went a breeze… setting up the rocker was straight forward and within a hour from delivery the bike was on the rocker and I was trying it out… once you get immersed in zwift you start to forget you are indoors and the movement and riding style tricks you into thinking you’re riding your bike outdoors… had the rocker a few weeks now and it’s it’s made indoor cycling less painful,more natural and definitely more fun to help the hours pass by.
