Perfect for replacements, or DIY builds. This pair of balls includes a flexible pump adaptor and needle for easy setup.

For the best ride experience, we recommend a pressure between 1.5 - 3.0 psi, depending on rider weight and the level of motion required.

Less pressure is better. Allowing increased movement helps engage your core muscles, improving balance and simulating real-road conditions. This added instability activates and strengthens your core, leading to better performance and a more realistic riding experience.

my lifeline rockerboard balls failed

After one of my lifeline rockerboard balls failed i checked online for replacement and found omnirock. I placed order and received new balls within a few days, fitted to board and found to work better than originals. Great find and would recommend.
